    Everything is just right here. A wonderful holiday flat awaits you, which is comfortable, cosy and modernly furnished. The highlight is certainly the direct panoramic sea view that you can enjoy of the Baltic Sea and the harbour of Sassnitz from the south-facing balcony. There is no better way to start your holiday than with a breakfast with this view. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that the flat is flooded with light. The modern, new kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all accessories. The bathroom with shower was recently renovated and exudes a special charm. A comfortable box-spring bed ensures a restful night's sleep. This offer is rounded off by a free underground car park, WLAN and a lockable bicycle shed. A laundry package (consisting of a large and a small towel, a tea towel and bed linen) is included in the stated cleaning costs. This means that there are NO further costs in addition to the total price shown, with the exception of the visitor's tax for the town of Sassnitz.

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit gutem Blick auf den Sassnitzer Hafen

Pros: Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese weiter empfehlen. Praktisch ist auch das Parken in der zur Wohnung gehörenden Tiefgarage sowie die Abstellmöglichkeit der Fahrräder im Fahrradschuppen. Cons: Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros: Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Sassnitz und waren von der Wohnung begeistert. Es ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Bett ließ es sich hervorragend schlafen und an der Einrichtung haben wir absolut nichts vermisst. Der Blick vom Balkon ist phantastisch, ebenso die Lage. Nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Hafen od. Altstadt. Wir kommen gern wieder und beim nächsten Mal bestimmt etwas länger.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial, alles wichtige ist zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Vorhandener Tiefgaragenplatz war super. Konnten Auto plus montiertem Fahrradträger gut abstellen. Wir waren 1 Woche auf Rügen und fanden Sassnitz als Ausgangspunkt für eine Erkundungstour perfekt.

Pros: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war spitze, neues Boxspringbett, neuer Fernseher, vollständig ausgestattete Kochecke, Tiefgaragenplatz, Balkon mit freiem Blick auf den Hafen, Lage ruhig, aber auch sehr zentral zum Bäcker und zum Einkaufen. Schöne Wanderungen zum Königsstuhl können an der Wohnung beginnen. Auch Schiffsausflüge ab Sassnitz-Hafen sind fußläufig zu erreichen. In 2019 haben wir die Wohnung schon wieder gemietet.
