There was nothing available in the free breakfast. When asking staff about it they stated staff shortage. He did go and buy a fe things. We eventually left as we needed to be elsewhere and at a nearby restaurant. Note to hotel. If a hotel breakfast cannot be provided to to shortage of staff a continental breakfast would has gone a long way but when you increase your prices over a $100 to cash in on a busy weekend you should also step up your customer service and amenities.

The hotel was quiet. Might need to replace the white towels as some had yellow stains which I assume can't be washed anymore. The breakfast service could be improved but it did the job.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t stay for the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. We tried to book another reservation at the hotel directly, but they couldn’t give us a rate as good as Expedia does

The location is accessible but the guests across our room are so noisy and the doors are loud when someone is opening and closing it. Breakfast can be improve too.

I booked at this motel because we had a concert at Sasktel place. Somehow i ended up with a room at another Comfort Inn. The staff called and were able to cancel my room and provide a room for my wife and I. Incredible service ... thank you so much.

It was fine, stayed for one night for medical trip. It was affordable, room was clean, close enough to downtown where we needed to go and some shopping. The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast was very sparse, not a lot of options, was not refilled enough for the amount of guests and they didn’t even have fresh fruit. For the price overall stay was decent and would still probably stay again but skip the breakfast unless it improved.

The rooms are fine but they are restricted with “ rules” in running breakfast which is a disappointment in that they have to use corporate trucked in supplies which run out so there’s no coffee cups or cutlery or enough food items and they start shutting down and putting away before breakfast is scheduled to end. So guests come to find lots missing and server duesnt appear to care breakfast

This place is showing its age terribly! From the old worn carpets, to the beds, the noisy A/C, the dirty & worn chairs in the dining room. Not sure how well or often the rooms are cleaned as my husband smelled perfume on the pillowcases. The breakfast was no where near what is shown in the advertising. There was 3 pieces of round sausage, no eggs, no potatoes, 2 yogurts left, a couple of muffins. Thank goodness there was a waffle maker but the batter poured out so slowly that I thought it was empty. When we asked for potatoes or eggs the woman working heated up a couple more sausages & a couple of slices of “bacon” that resembled & tasted like shoe leather. We will not be staying here again!

Went to check into my room to find two people have been moved into that room as they checked in early and were supposed to be in a different room, told the staff about it and they got me a new room definitely felt uncomfortable staying there for the night, staff was friendly though that’s the only positive about the situation

Cafe ran out of coffee cups ( had to use juice cups for hot liquids at breakfast), heater for eggs and sausage wasn’t heating so food was cold when I got there at 7am

I was very disappointed in the service overall.. I stayed Thursday to Sunday and did not receive any cleaning services, my husband and grandson and I had to share 2 bath towels and 3 hand towels to shower.. I could not get thru by phone to the front desk during the entire stay. I paid well over 600$ for the weekend and it was not worth it at all.

Arrived and checked in, only given 1 room key for me and my wife instead of the usual 2 that are given. Head to room, floory sticky, mirror dirty and smeared. Patio door left unlock so anyone from the steeet had access. Glad i checked after dropping my bags off.Toilet moving around when sitting on it, was loose and not properly secured. Breakfast was free and pictures provided showed hash browns, fresh scrambled eggs and baked goods. The real breakfast at 8:15am (done at 9) was nice cold chicken/turkey bacon? Nice cold egg patties and disappointment. People partying outside there room early into the morning. Cheap quality toiletries with cardboard for toilet paper, ouch. Very disappointed in our stay, will never see us recommending this place to anyone.

I arrived to find that the room was smoked in, dirty, and there were bars on the patio doors. Homeless people wandering trying to get into vehicles.
