"I don't know exactly how to express how nice a stay this was. The beauty of the lobby, extending to the front desk, the immaculate and cozy rooms, the remarkable and outgoing staff (at times, it felt like there was one staff person at every point I was making my way to, whether it was someone to summon an elevator or bid farewell as you leave the building) and of course, it's in the name - the VIEW! I knew I picked the right hotel when the man at customs complimented the destination when he saw it on my declaration, but I wasnt ready for how wonderful the entire establishment was. Perfect location (you can walk right to Capybara Cafe, Senso-Ji temple, even Skytree if you're a capable walker) and so many stations nearby that you are instantly connected to places like Ueno, Akihabara and even Shinjuku. There is a supermarket literally right next door, so you have all the benefits of a convenience store with many, many extras. I've stayed in Japan several times, in several different locations, but this was above and beyond my expectations. If you have the opportunity, stay here for sure. You will NOT regret it."

"Great location, had tons of things to do nearby and a Uniqlo downstairs! Buffet was good for the price. An area full of amenities was at the lobby for things you might need, on-site washer / dryer on some floors and free coffee / juice at certain times of the day."

"The rooms were deeply cleaned atleast twice a week but refreshed and clean basically everyday. There was a laundry room so you can wash some clothes and the detergent was even included. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we had to make a few more stops after checking out but it was too early to for our airport shuttle they even held the luggage there for us. 10/10 would definitely stay again!!!!"

"This was our second stay. The room was a good size and well designed so we had ample room for our suitcases. The bed was very comfortable. It has lots of restaurants and is connected to Sunshine which is great. This hotel runs hot and this trip was the same, so they brought us a floor fan which helped a lot. This is a very beautiful hotel but the location just is really inconvenient. It takes almost 20 minutes to walk to the train station."
