The property is immaculate. The staff were wonderful. The views from the hotel were breathtaking. As well as the park right next to the property that looks out over all of Sasebo.

The property was beautiful and we greatly enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately, the pool was closed at an unscheduled time due to a wedding, something that seems to be a regular occurrence. We were confused at first, but happy to find that massages booked with the spa were performed in guest rooms. The staff was helpful and the views of the national Park were spectacular. Highly recommend this property.

Incredible view, friendly staff, large rooms, excellent breakfast buffet selection. My only complaint was the pool closes so early! It closed every day at 7pm even. Most days I didn't arrive back in time to enjoy it.

Nice hotel with great views, quiet surroundings, very friendly staff and newly renovated rooms. The breakfast buffet was decent but the dinner buffet was very disappointing in terms of quality and variety; total rip-off at ¥4,400 per pax.

I have often visited this hotel for work, as the minister for their wedding chapel, but this was the first time I stayed as a guest. The onsite onsen is very niceand the views over Sasebo City and the 99 Islands group is amazing from just about anywhere in the hitel.

Hotel is in a really nice spot where you can get a great view of Sasebo city. I was expecting more upscale based off the outside of the hotel but the rooms were more so old fashioned. However the facility is clean.

Driving up the hill via very narrow winding road was challenging but the view from the hotel was very nice. Very reasonable rate for a nice room and full breakfast. No in room coffee but had a machine that made coffee in the lobby for 200 yen per cup.

ホテルまでの道はなかなかの山道ですが、素晴らしい景色を堪能出来ます。スタッフさんも丁寧な対応で旅行を楽しむ事が出来ました。今回朝食付きのプランでビュッフェでしたが、種類も多く長崎県ならではのお料理も有ってとても楽しめました。

施設からの眺望はすばらしいものであった。建物の古さは感じるが清潔に保たれていた。気になったのは、トイレは水がたくさん溜まるタイプなので跳ねないか気を遣うこと。朝食は豪華なものはないが文句はない。

帰省するたびに、家族で滞在していますが、子供はプール、母は温泉とそれぞれ楽しめて夜のバイキングも魚からお肉まで種類が多いので世代関係なく美味しくいただきました。佐世保のレモンステーキもおいしかったです。何よりホテルから眺める景色がすばらしいです。リフレッシュできました。ありがとうございます。また泊まりに来たいです。

朝食付きで宿泊しました。朝食は、とても美味しくスタッフの対応も丁寧でした。お部屋からは、海が見えなくて残念でしたが、お部屋は海が見える部屋を選ぶと良いと思います。フロント横にはフリースペースがあり、ガラス張りで景色がとても綺麗で、ゆったりとくつろげました。とても満足でした。
