Suitable holiday home

The property was pleasant and clean and was set in a quiet residential area only half a mile from the beach. It was generally well-equipped but lacked cupboard storage for guests’ own food. The house was spacious but had too many stored items of the owner. The electric blinds helped keep the house cool. The gated garden was private with nice table and chairs. It had adequate space for two parked cars. The concierge was very friendly and provided an efficient cleaning and welcoming service.

Nicht schön

Wir haben den Zustand des Hauses als nicht adäquat empfunden. Hoher Grad an Abnutzung, viele Defekte und Macken, willkürlich zusammengestelltes und billig anmutendes Mobiliar. Die Terrassentür war defekt und konnte deshalb nicht abgeschlossen werden. Schränke waren teilweise mit Hausrat gefüllt. Teller sind teilweise angeschlagen. In der Waschküche und Küche gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch, der uns gestört hat. Dies war der erste Urlaub, wo wir uns auf die Heimfahrt gefreut haben.

Übergabe und Betreuung / Service wie in den letzten Jahren Dank Frau G. L. hervorragend. Haus wie bereits zuvor schon mal gebucht in sehr gutem Zustand sowie dessen Ausstattung. Anwesen ist in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel mit abgeschlossenem Grundstück.  Ideal für uns und Hund

Nettes Haus

Das Haus liegt ruhig und hat einen komplett eingezäunten Garten – ideal für Erholung. Die Ausstattung ist funktional, Abstellflächen sind in Garage und Hauswirtschaftsraum vorhanden. Für die angegebene Personenzahl ist der Wohn-/Essbereich jedoch eher knapp bemessen. Bei Problemen war die Betreuung hilfsbereit, allerdings war das Haus bei Anreise nicht sauber und es gab technische Mängel, deren Behebung unsere Anwesenheit erforderte.

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal in diesem Haus. Mit 2 Hunden war es prima. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Einschl.separater Gefrierschrank. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre unbedingt ein neuer Staubsauger. Und die beiden 2 Sitzungen Sofas sind etwas zu klein um auch gemütlich die Beine auszustrecken.

Ein Sommer in der Bretagne

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen zu sechst in diesem schönen, hellen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Schon gleich zu Anfang sorgte die freundliche und professionelle Einführung von G. für Urlaubslaune. Auch bei der Abnahme, zu der G. auf die Minute pünktlich erschien, war sie ehrlich daran interessiert, was wir in der Zeit alles gemacht haben. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus in dieser herrlichen Gegend nur empfehlen.

Tolles Haus

Persönliche Begrüßung und Einweisung, im Kühlschrank ein Cidre, das Haus hell und freundlich, sauber, eingezäunter Garten - super für unseren Hund - wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Eine super schöne Woche dort verbracht.

Gute Unterkunft

Haus und Garten sind sehr schön, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen, der Empfang durch G. war sehr gut. Störend fanden wir, dass es auf dem Grundstück kommunale Mülltonnen gibt, die wir aber am Ende des Urlaubs leer und komplett ausgespült hinterlassen mussten, so dass wir sie erst gar nicht benutzt haben, sondern den Müll durch die Gegend gefahren haben. Außerdem gibt es einige Möbelstücke, die man hätte austauschen dürfen, weil sie ihre besten Zeiten eindeutig hinter sich haben.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Positiv zu erwähnen sind auch die beiden Bäder und die beiden separaten Toiletten. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben und von Gisele gut betreut.

Magnifique maison lumineuse

Très jolie maison lumineuse, spacieuse, on s'y sent très bien, comme dans sa propre maison. Un grand jardin clos, merci d'avoir accepté un second chien. Un grand merci à Gisèle pour son accueil et ses conseils. Une bonne adresse quand on aime cette partie du Golfe du Morbihan et la Presqu'île de Rhuys.
