For shared use: natural state property 4'000 m2, garden (fenced). Outdoor shower. In the complex: table tennis, table football, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, bus stop 1.8 km, sandy beach 3 km pebble beach 50 m. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. The owner lives on the same property. Buon compromesso

La location è buona: la casa è molto rilassante, immersa nel verde e affacciata sul mare. Peccato che l'ingresso al mare sia quasi impossibile per sassi enormi da scavalcare, consiglio di migliorare questo aspetto nei prossimi anni. Ho apprezzato anche gli spazi comuni, dove potersi rilassare all'aria aperta; anche il parco giochi dei bambini è un'ottima risorsa ma andrebbe migliorata. Buona la vicinanza con un supermercato e bellissime spiagge circostanti, la macchina è obbligatoria.
