About this property
The Perfect Location!
- This home sits exactly three blocks from the Historic Saratoga Spa race track and four blocks from the downtown shopping and restaurant area. We are in close walking distance to the track, downtown and the Fasig Tipton barns. It has central air-conditioning and an in ground heated pool. The home sits on a quiet side street in the heart of the Saratoga Historic District. The house comes with a newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances and a washer and dryer. Three bedrooms have new mattress’s and fourth bedroom has a mattress only 2 years old. Off street parking for two cars is available.
