Important before booking: Westbay Cove 131 requires a minimum stay of 30 nights and a condo application — contact IVP to start the process before booking. This is a long-stay property ideal for snowbirds, seasonal visitors, and extended-stay guests settling into Holmes Beach for a month or more.

The spacious balcony faces Tampa Bay with direct views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge — one of the most distinctive views available from a vacation rental on Anna Maria Island. Sunrises come up over the bay every morning from this position.

Dolphins and shorebirds are visible from inside the condo.

The backyard offers direct bay access — guests swim, kayak, and fish from the property itself. Two heated pools and a tennis court are available within the community. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 5-minute walk. Publix, CVS, shops, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby — a car is not needed for daily island life.
