Upscale Vacation House in South Venice

  • Upscale modern luxury South Venice house 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2000 sf, high ceiling, modern Italian furniture. 10 min short walk to a ferry that leads to a private beach and a 7 min drive to the nearest Manasota public beach. Unfortunately, pass to the ferry becomes unavailable.
    1 king, 1 queen, 1 full bed, big sitting and living areas, separate dining room, and a big Florida screened room.
    Completely equipped for living, starting from all kitchen appliances (washer, toaster, coffee and juice makers, and an Air Fryer) , washer/drier in the separate laundry room, linens and towels. Just upgraded a brand new kitchen with granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms. 2 upscale road bikes, and 2 kayaks (one inflatable so you can carry around) for you to enjoy a trail and paddling.
    There are 2 TVs, 65in in the living area and 55in in the master bedroom with Netflix and Prime.
    House has no pool.
