- If booking during hurricane season (July-November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.
- Construction or renovations may occur in the nearby area without prior notice to us.
- Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.

This self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only, such as linens, towels, and glassware.)

Grill Information: A propane grill is available for guest use in the outdoor area. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If the tank is empty or requires a refill during your stay, guests are responsible for obtaining a refill or exchange. We are happy to reimburse the cost of one propane refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Additional Supplies: May be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the in-unit washer and dryer (if available) to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance.

Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and you request their return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items after departure.
