"Overall, this hotel met our basic needs, however I found amenities to be misrepresented. There is a daily resort fee for services such as the pool, fitness center, shuttle, and beach gear however the shuttle was rarely available to bring us where we needed so we were unable to use this. The beach gear was first come, first served and was poor quality. We had daily issues with our room keys not working and plumbing issues in our room. The hotel was overall clean and served its purpose, but the amenities were the man draw for us to stay here so I was slightly disappointed. "

"Too many stairs and no elevators:( my daughter has MS and I have a bad back we had to leave:(we didn't get the rooms ee asked for. They made us pay for the night we stayed and my daughter barely made it up and down the stairs. Beds were so hard:( the boat view was nice and the hut restaurant/bar but that was all. "
