    Completely renovated in spring 2025, this bright and welcoming condo sits on a private lane leading directly to the world-famous white sand beaches of Siesta Key — no roads to cross, no crowds to navigate. The complex is revitalizing its landscaping, and the beach itself is as stunning as ever.

    PRIMARY BEDROOM AND BATH: King pillow-top bed, 42" flat-screen TV, desk/vanity, blackout curtains, and a walk-in shower en suite.

    GUEST BEDROOM AND BATH: Two queen pillow-top beds, 43" flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with tub/shower directly across the hall.

    FAMILY ROOM: 60" HD flat-screen TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix available on every television in the unit.

    Jamaica Royale Condominiums sits directly on the Gulf of America along Siesta Key Beach — consistently rated one of the top 10 beaches in the world. There is a "free trolley" stop right outside the complex that makes it easy to explore the Key. Tennis courts and a large playground are less than half a mile away at Siesta Key Public Beach, and Siesta Key Village is just 1.3 miles from the property.

    The private lane means no through traffic — ideal for families with young children. The beach is always a short stroll, and you'll never need to cross a busy road to get there.

    GOOD TO KNOW:
    Check-in is targeted for 3 PM. On request, an ozone generator can be run before your arrival to sanitize the unit — this adds roughly 2 hours to prep time. A unique digital entry code is created for each guest stay, so there are no keys to worry about losing at the beach.

This is the second time we have reserved this owner's condo. We will definitely reserve her condo again. Excellent communication; very quick to respond to our questions. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed while we stayed there. We like the location of Jamaica Royale. Easy access to pools if preferred. We enjoyed our walks on the beach every day.Thank you!

Everything was great! Condo is modern & clean. Rene is a fantastic host, easy communication. Condo has EVERYTHING you need for a stay. Beach coolers, wagon, chairs & umbrella. Kitchen is fully stocked, no need to buy a week’s worth of salt/pepper/garlic! 2 minute walk to beach, 1 minute walk to pool.

Loved it!

We had a great stay--the property was a quick walk to the beach and had a great pool right on the water. The unit itself was perfect for our family (me, my husband, and 2 small kids)--well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living room, great bathrooms, and very clean! Rene and her husband were awesome hosts. We loved the area as well, lots of restaurants etc. nearby. We would love to return!

The best!

This was our second time staying in Rene's condo and we hope to return again! It's still the best rental I've stayed in. Stocked with absolutely everything you need for a beach vacation, super clean, and the new bathrooms are amazing! Rene is very helpful, responsive and kind.

Home Away From Home

This was our second stay at the condo and even with a tropical storm we had a great time. Renee communicated with us prior to arrival and checked in multiple times throughout our stay, including dropping off some fresh mangos and homemade cookies. Would highly recommend staying in Unit 95; clean, well kept and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our days at the beach.

A GREAT HOST AND PLACE

My family has stayed all over Siesta Keys as we love the area. What a great spot! Rene was a great host! She did a lot of little things such as leaving the porch light on (late check in). She was available if needed, she even gave us a welcome letter and gift! The Condo was extremely clean and in a great spot! We will be back!!

Great R&R

Just what the doctor ordered!! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need!!! We really liked the location and so close to the pools, ocean and pickleball courts!! Rene was very responsive when we contacted her. Much appreciated!! Siesta Beach is a beautiful beach and a great place to visit!!

Rene was wonderful! So responsive and so thorough! The condo was lovely, so clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beach was a short walk away and worth the walk! We thought there would be more to walk to on the beach, but there are many free shuttles available. All in all, it was a lovely stay!

Rene is an amazing host! She has thought of everything. Check in & check out are an ease. The unit is super clean, kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are spacious the beds are super comfortable. Comes with a cart to bring all your supplies to the beach for the day, not to mention it's only a few steps away!! Even comes with a washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes! Had to text Rene late one night she was right there!! Looking forward to our annual stay next year

Rene, This stay deserves much more than a 5 star rating. Our stay far exceeded any other accommodations we have had while staying at Siesta Key. This is our new go to annual summer kick off location. It had all the luxury's of home, Rene thought of everything, great instructions for everything in really cute frames, to games, all the items needed for a day at the beach, a first aid kit, aloe for our sun-kissed skin, a fully stocked kitchen and a very fitting and fun welcome package...

Great stay!

Our family of 6 had a great stay! Rene was a wonderful owner to rent from. She was quick to respond to all questions. Condo is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with nice kitchenware to cook meals for a large family. My kids enjoyed the large soft fluffy blankets to snuggle up with on the couch. Beach towels, umbrella, wagon and coolers all provided. The umbrella stroller was a lifesaver on our 1 day at Disney with our 2yo. We could tell that she truly cared that her guests had a great time. She even brought us donuts! 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Home away from home!

We have been returning to Jamaica Royale as a family over the past 15 years. We have stayed in various type units over the years and this is the first time I have truly felt my unit was a “vacation” property. Before I always felt I was staying in someone else’s home/unit. Rene makes you feel welcomed as a guest and has gone above and beyond to make sure all day to day amenities are available. We literally did not need to bring anything but clothes. The beach towels were a great addition. The outdoor area is lovely. Truly your own piece of paradise. Rene was very approachable and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely rent this unit again and would highly recommend it. For context we had elderly grandparents and 2 small kids and this unit meets all the needs of all family members….great beach toys/chairs/umbrella/wagon and newly renovated walk in shower!! Rene's condo was the best! The location is fantastic and the pool by the beach was wonderful. Her condo was the cleanest we have stayed in on Siesta Key in 30 years. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were comfortable and the walk-in shower in the master bath was a definite upgrade. There were several "extras" waiting for us when we arrived and Rene was very helpful with any vacation questions we had before and during our trip. We can't wait to come back!
