I loved everything about this place!
The hotel is extremely clean, the owners are so friendly, the breakfast was great, and I had a parking place for my motorcycle! It is also very close to the city center, and you have good wifi, looks just like in the pictures. I will be back, for sure.

Great Hotel
Traik is an amazing Host and was extremely helpfully. From Lending us money for a cab to helping with cases . I can highly recommend this property to stay at. It’s about a 20 min stroll to the river and the city ( a little bit further to the old town ). Taxis are very cheap . Breakfast was great hold and cold selections. Rooms were comfy and appointed well.

Unfriendly attitude by staff
During check in we were told they are updating credit card system and can only pay cash!! Not sure why it takes days to update the system but my take is they want to save on the 2% Visa commission which is really inconvenient to guests. When trying to discuss the issue one of the check in staff was rather rude and even started to hit head with his hands...go figure!! On check out morning there was no running water at the hotel. We were told it's a matter of 30 mins but when we checked out the issue was still unresolved. Overall, our experience was just okay but probably next time we will stay closer to the city center.

Beautiful hotel! Quiet and unique location!
Beautiful room, view of Sarajevo was unique and breathtaking! Easy walk into the city and front desk was also very helpful calling me a cab. Wifi was strong. Great breakfast. This hotel is clean, family run and very welcoming to guests. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

This is a little gem of a hotel, nearly perfect in every way. Super clean, and hotel staff jumped politely to every need, including calling taxis for us, and guiding us in and out of a tight parking lot every time we drove. They automatically upgraded us to a better room with a large balcony overlooking the city. In every respect, you can't go wrong with this excellent hotel.

Ok stay half way between the airport and town
An ok hotel, a long way from the old town. The double room was very small, with barely room for our cases. You can feel the springs through the mattress. But it's clean, the staff are reasonably friendly and taxis into town are less than 4 euros.

Almost perfect~
Everything is good (good internet, service, clean...) except the location, however it costs only 3 euro to get downtown. (From downtown back to the hotel a taxi driver refused to turn on the meter & asked for 5 euro).

They wanted the hotel charge Cash only. The hotel is in a far away location so this was a problem. It was our last day so we had to pay in Euros. There were two separate beds. But parking was available and the staff was very nice.

Got lost finding it with GPS. Staff insinuating it was easy for everyone else to find. Other staff were very friendly and attentive and helpful. We would stay here again. Just be aware of possibility of getting lost finding it.

Exceptionally friendly family run property. Helped to make this a very enjoyable stay. Slightly out of centre but easily accessible by inexpensive taxi journey. Amazing value for money.

This is a family owned hotel. From the moment Benjamin picked me up at the airport, I felt like I was being looked after like family. Very gracious and accomodating. Fluent English. The hotel itself is set up on a hill looking over Sarajevo. 10 min drive from airport or town. The comfortable bed was so welcome after traveling 24 hours. Am eating from their delicious breakfast buffet now. Cheers!

The service was very accommodating. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! The location is a bit out of the way up a hill, but with a car, it was fine. It is just difficult to find a place to park in town.

Great hotel!
Wow! This hotel is awesome! It’s a bit farther away from old town than we expected but it was worth it. The service was excellent, room well-appointed, the view of the city superb, and the cleanliness unmatched. It was nice and quiet. Our room had a wonderful balcony that provided an opportunity for great views of the city. Really was a great value. A taxi to old town was super cheap and convenient since the staff called a taxi for us. Welcome drink and breakfast providedwere great.

Spacious and comfortable rooms; recently renovated
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and about 10 mins drive to Sarajevo Old Town. Beside that it has been recently renovated and our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with balcony that offered a panoramic view of the city. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect stay
Really perfect stay for the money we paid. Guys extremely helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. Room was clean and nice. The location is a little bit far from the centre but guys will help you to get a taxi which is very cheap in Sarajevo. I do recommend!

Great Experience, Wonderful and Hospitable Hotel
We had an incredible stay here. My wife and I stayed 4 nights and the hotel really made it feel like home. Breakfast was good, hospitality was incredible, and it was a very calm, safe and pleasant time. They gave us excellent advice about the country, and for a good price took us on a private tour to Mostar and the war tunnels in Sarajevo. They gave us an amazing experience in Sarajevo. Location is good, except you'll be dependent on a taxi (but they're cheap in Sarajevo).

Lovely hotel with great staff
From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. The staff was very hospitable and full of information. The hotel has a great view of the city from the top of a hill. There is ample parking space. you will need to take a taxi to the city, but it as very quick and inexpensive. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would have no hesitations recommending this hotel.

A fabulous, new,modern hotel on the hill overlooking Sarajevo. It’s a family run hotel and young Ben is a great host! It’s only a short taxi ride into town...about 3€. And the hotel provides a lovely free breakfast to start the day.
