This hotel has a great location near the Latin Bridge and Baščaršija. Also, the workers are very friendly and helpful. We arranged to be picked up from the airport by a hotel employee as we arrived quite late at night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The receptionist are super nice and helpful with any questions you might have. The rooms are clean and have everything you might need. The breakfast was also very delicious and had everything you would need. It’s very close to the Bascarsiya where you have most of the touristic spots and great food options. We loved it here and hopefully will be back soon!

Amazing hotel right on the river! Lots of windows, nice bathroom, big room, extra towels, clean glasses. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of everything. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended hotel for your stay in Sarajevo!

A lovely 9 room boutique hotel just across the Latin Bridge. Nice and clean with a lovely breakfast buffet situated in their basement. There is no lift but the hotel is fantastic in every other respect in terms of cleanliness , facilities and location. They will help book transport to and from the hotel ( 30 euros) . The location is perfect - a few minutes walk over the Latin Bridge and you are in the Old Town with dozens of things to see and visit, as well as many many dining options . From the hotel - its 10 minutes walk to the cable cars. Thank you to Ornament Hotel for making our stay a wonderful one and inshallah we will visit soon.

Everything was good except for the cigarette smoking taking place on the balcony of the neighboring room. We had to close our French doors to avoid the stench. Get rid of the ashtrays and adopt a no smoking policy to make this a top notch property.

So impressed with this hotel, location was ideal and just facing the Latin Bridge. It’s a short walk to the old town and not far from the cable car to go up the mountain either. Room was really clean and we had a great breakfast every morning. Tarik was a great host, took time to tell us about the city! Really genuine. Everybody at the hotel so welcoming. I’m really glad we chose this place, and would recommend it to anybody. Sarajevo is beautiful and has real soul

Really great hotel, very nice and helpful staff and incredible location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only thing to note is there isn't staff on the premises after about 10pm to assist with issues. One night an alarm went off around midnight (which other guests managed to switch off), and another night there was a lot of yelling and stomping around 3am on the landing and stairs. This is just what happens with hotels without staff on-site, but worth being aware of. Overall i would recommend this hotel as a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
