宿泊予定日、夜遅くに到着したのですが、まず玄関先がタバコの吸殻やゴミで散らかっててびっくり、玄 関入ると玄関が泥だらけ、スリッパは砂埃と埃で履けない
宿泊予定日、夜遅くに到着したのですが、まず玄関先がタバコの吸殻やゴミで散らかっててびっくり、玄関入ると玄関が泥だらけ、スリッパは砂埃と埃で履けない。仕方なく裸足でリビング行くと、ソファーが壊れていて座れない。寝室にエアコン全く無し、寝室の隅が埃まみれ、髪の毛多数。これでは宿泊できないと連絡すると、キャンセル料金半額にしますがキャンセル料金発生しますと言われ、夜遅かったので他の宿泊先探せず、１泊しましたが、眠れず。次の朝チェックアウトしましたが、宿泊費総額の半額とられました。日本の宿泊先でこんな扱いなのは初めてで、せっかくの旅行が台無しで、大変遺憾でした。
