- Comfortable house with 1 bedroom with a double bed.
Full kitchen with cupboard, household items, microwave, refrigerator and stove.
WC.
Living room with bunk bed and TV with sky.
Large balcony facing nature with a hammock for resting.
Ceiling fans, barbecue and laundry.
Lots of nature, close to the beaches, mountains and waterfall.
Located in the gated community with automatic gate and space for two cars at the door of the house, all flat.
Approximately 700 m from the beach, waterfall and a lot of shops nearby.
I have packages for holidays, holidays, New Year and Carnival.
Ideal for a couple with two children, but with capacity for up to 6 adults.
Close to all shops, such as: Extra supermarket, Shopping, Health Center, Banks and Battalion PM.
