Fui em janeiro. A casa é simples, mas bem espaçosa e bonita. Acomodou muito bem 11pessoas. A comunicação com o proprietário foi excelente. Respondeu todas as perguntas rapidamente. Ar condicionado silencioso em todos os quartos. Casa limpa. Cozinha bem equipada

Casa boa mas com a necessidade de algumas reformas, o local é bem tranquilo por ser uma rua sem saída, faltou um micro ondas na cozinha pois em praia se usa bastante mas não tinha. banheiros bons, bom chuveiro e camas boas.

Casa muito bem dividida e equipada. Há duas suítes, com corredor externo, muito agradável. Uma suíte no andar superior, com privacidade. Assim, mesmo abrigando bastante gente, é possível descansar e festejar, ao mesmo tempo, sem problemas. Amplo espaço de convivência, um interno e outro externo, com churrasqueira. Muito boa

Excelente casa com cômodos confortáveis, espaçosos e limpos. Dispõe de um grande área com churrasqueira, ótimo fogão contendo utensílios de cozinha e boa geladeira. Casa com privacidade ideal para descanso em família e aproveitar a praia que é bem frequentada. Pontos a melhorar: acesso da garagem para casa.

#### Súper recomendo esta casa!
Frequento a casa há anos e sempre retorno pois é garantia de horas agradáveis com os amigos ou com a família. Muito bonita, bem projetada, possui ao seu redor uma vegetação exuberante, muito bem cuidada, o que torna a estada mais agradável. Impecavelmente limpa, tudo muito amplo, possui várias áreas de estar tanto na parte interna quanto na parte externa. A churrasqueira funciona muito bem, fazemos bons churrascos ou assamos peixe na brasa. Se você quiser cozinhar, o fogão é grande e está em bom estado. A casa está equipada com o equipamento básico de cozinha. Se você quiser alçar vôos mais sofisticados recomendo que leve a sua frigideira ou panela favorita. Há várias panelas, de teflon. A casa oferece o básico para você preparar um bom café da manhã, um arroz ou uma macarronada. Se você não quiser ter trabalho nenhum há um bom restaurante a poucos minutos à pé da casa, com um cardápio variado, um lugar bem charmoso. Sempre me sinto muito segura nesta casa. Fica numa rua situada entre dois condomínios de luxo, só circulam por ali as pessoas que ali residem ou que estejam hospedadas nas casas. Toque- Toque é na minha opinião uma das melhores praias do litoral Norte. Muito limpa, nunca fica muito lotada, é frequentada principalmente por pessoas que tem imóveis no local. Recomendo este imóvel pelo conforto, pela boa manutenção, pela segurança e também pela praia, que é excelente.
