O chalé é muito bom, completo de eletrodomésticos e utensílios de cozinha. O condomínio é muito bonito, com uma ótima piscina e muito perto da praia. As ruas nos arredores são limpas e com muita segurança (motos e carros de segurança privada fazem ronda constantemente. A praia é maravilhosa, limpissima, tranquila e muito segura. O réveillon é maravilhoso, com muitos fogos, um espetáculo a parte. O proprietário, Sr Aníbal é muito educado e solicito, nos deu excelentes dicas e foi muito gentil! Retornaremos em breve!

Amamos!

O chalé está em uma localização excelente, do lado da praia. Está em perfeitas condições, tudo limpo, organizado e equipado para sua estadia. O condomínio é muito bem conservado, seguro, arborizado, a piscina grande e limpa. O atendimento dos responsáveis pelo local foi ótimo, muito prestativos. A praia de Guaecá é maravilhosa para quem quer sossego e super familiar, ótima frequência! Amamos nossa estadia e, com certeza, vamos voltar.

Adoramos ficar no local, mesmo para quem não gosta de praia como eu, a piscina é uma excelente opção. O ambiente é familiar, o condomínio é muito, muito próximo da praia o apartamento é bastante aconchegante e bem equipadinho, com todos os utensílios, móveis e eletrodomésticos novos e bem conservados. O valor é justo para o local, para quem conhece Guaecá, sabe que o destino é dos mais cobiçados do litoral norte de São Paulo. O proprietário nos deu todo o suporte e o zelador é muito prestativo e atencioso. Ficamos fregueses!

Ótima Opção.

A descrição do local bate com tudo. Imóvel em bom estado, limpo e com tudo funcionando, tv, forno, geladeira, etc. Fomos bem tratados pelo proprietario do imóvel, Senhor Anibal, que frequentemente ligava para passar informações, e após a estadia para perguntar se haviamos gostado. Imóvel já recomendado para amigos e familiares. Perto da praia, que por sinal é bonita e limpa. Lugar tranquilo e sem tumulto, perfeito para relaxar.
