A apenas 5 minutos a pé da Praia de Boicucanga , esta casa reúne piscina, banheira de hidromassagem e todo o conforto necessário para dias de descanso e lazer. Um refúgio perfeito para famílias ou amigos que desejam aproveitar o litoral com privacidade e comodidade.  
  
The Space:  
  
Ao entrar, você é recebido por um ambiente que combina o charme do litoral com toques modernos e elegantes. Distribuída em três andares, a casa está localizada em um ponto privilegiado no alto de Boiçucanga, o que proporciona uma vista aberta e realmente de tirar o fôlego, perceptível em diferentes ambientes da propriedade. A piscina é o coração do espaço, perfeita para refrescar-se após um dia de sol e aproveitar o visual ao redor. Para momentos de relaxamento absoluto, a suíte master conta com uma banheira de hidromassagem.  
  
Com quatro quartos preparados para acomodar até oito hóspedes, a casa dispõe de um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, um quarto com cama de casal, um quarto com cama king-size e um quarto com cama queen-size. A distribuição dos quartos acompanha a arquitetura vertical do imóvel, conectada por escadas entre os pavimentos.  
  
O espaço interno oferece ar-condicionado, TV, internet sem fios, lareira de interior, ferro de passar, cabides e secador de cabelo. Há também um espaço de trabalho adaptado para portáteis, e estadias de longo prazo são permitidas. A cozinha é completa, equipada com fogão, forno, frigorífico, micro-ondas, utensílios, pratos e talheres, atendendo bem tanto a estadias curtas quanto prolongadas.  
  
Na área externa, os hóspedes encontram piscina, grelhador para churrasco, estacionamento gratuito no local e entrada privada com 2 vagas. A localização elevada garante mais privacidade e uma vista diferenciada, ao mesmo tempo em que mantém fácil acesso à região central. A praia de Boiçucanga fica a aproximadamente 350 metros, além da proximidade com bares, restaurantes e outras praias de São Sebastião.  
  
Devido à presença de escadas entre os três andares, a hospedagem não é recomendada para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Alguns detalhes do ambiente podem variar com o tempo, mas o conforto e a experiência permanecem os mesmos. Fotografias atualizadas em setembro de 2025.
