Excelente hospedagem pela localização, conforto, quarto completo com microondas, geladeira, frigobar, cafeteira, banheiro com aquecimento, ar condicionado , roupas de cama limpas, varandinha. Único problema foi na entrada por não me informarem o numero do apartamento e a torre, tendo que esperar a funcionária da recepção encontrar pelo nome dos anfitriões que identifiquei num email recebido

O quarto que recebi erá em frente a uma rua movimentada de São Paulo e o apartamento possuía apenas uma cortina de vidro na janela, retiraram a porta que separava o quarto da varanda. Esta cortina de vidro não isolava qualquer barulho externo. Não consegui dormir às noites em que estive no apartamento. Fiz a reclamação para ZIP Brooklin para trocar de apartamento e tive meu pedido negado, pedi cancelamento sem custos em razão dos barulhos e também me foi negado. Disseram que o barulho tinha origem externa e que não fariam nada. Foi uma experiência horrível.
