The front desk staff was impolite and unhelpful. We were assured that our laundry would be ready by checkout time, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. This caused a great deal of unnecessary stress for our family, as we were traveling and needed to leave promptly to catch a flight. The bathroom also did not appear to have been properly cleaned, as we found hair in the shower upon arrival. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unhelpful service made our stay disappointing.

Hotel com boa localização, a entrada com o carro é escondida, pois a sinalização é ruim, e para ir ao estacionamento é pior, pois tem uma rampa muito estreita, hotel deveria fazer uma reforma nessa rampa!! O quarto é muito bom, tem microondas, frigobar, tábua e ferro de passar, somente a limpeza achei bem ruim, embaixo das camas tinha bastante poeira, pra quem tem rinite, horrível. Café da manhã bom, com frutas, frios, pães, bolos, sucos, café e vários tipos de biscoitos. No geral o hotel é bom, pessoal da recepção e no restaurante com atendimento cordial, simpáticos e educados!!

Foi muito tranquilo, o quarto e a limpeza muito boas. O café da manhã é bom com itens de qualidade, só acredito que disposição poderia ser diferente, pois quando tinha muita gente a circulação ficava confusa e dificil. O único problema que eu tive foi o Wifi que não funcionava nem na tv do quarto, no celular muito menos. Uma musica no spotify travava tentando carregar. Fora esses pontos, a atenção dos funcionários era excelente, tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. Quarto espaçoso, muito bem decorado e ainda contava com pia, microondas e talheres. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Me deram um upgrade Sr Roberto foi super gentil e solicito. Lá tem duchinha, aquecimento do ar, do lado do restaurante América, 2quarteiroes do Parque Ibirapuera qto limpo porém esquecem de limpar embaixo da cama! Mas o qto era fantástico ducha quente banheiro grande frigobar sempre abastecido! Localização maravilhosa tem uma parrilha na esquina tbm deliciosa as carnes! Enfim foi tudo perfeito agradeço ao Roberto e ao gerente foram incríveis
