The hotel is great! The room is very nice and well maintained, with a balcony and AC. The area around it is upscale, and incredibly safe. You can definitely walk around at night alone without a worry.

Fine, but construction noise from the hotel most of the day, also by the pool. Room was fine, but door to bathroom had a hard time closing. Also not free Wi-Fi, which I would expect from a place like this. Breakfast and gym was good.

Very well located but the ar conditioner in the room was too loud. The maintenance guy came to see and said it was normal. Also, blackout curtains didn’t cover the entire window. The room was super bright .

Não tem boa relação custo benefício. A equipe de funcionários precisa ser melhor capacitada, pelo menos num bom padrão de atendimentro, já que encontrei alguns funcionários altamente solicitos, enquanto outros, ao lado, demonstravam despreparo e irritação. A manutenção predial não parece efetiva, pois, no meu banheiro a ducha higiênica pingava e a descarga não funcionava à contento além de desperdiçar água.

A solicitação da limpeza muito ruim por duas vezes solicitei a limpeza e mesmo assim não limparam o Banheiro e fora que depois que vim que o cheiro que usaram para perfumar o quarto foi um perfume da minha esposa borrifaram no chão do quarto. Como fico na rede quality a mais de 16 anos fiquei muito triste com a quantidade dos serviços prestado o café da manhã nunca vi tão Ruim faltando talheres as coisa parecendo que foram feitas de qualquer forma. Achei triste pois no Quality Batel e no Quality Vitória o café da manhã são impecáveis. O sistema de cartão entrou em pane toda hora que iria acessar o quarto tinha que solicitar à magnetização do cartão na sexta-feira para o sistema de vez e só com o funcionário para abrir o quarto terrível a qualidade e comodidade do hotel.
