It’s not even hotel. It’s like condo but bathrooms are very old. First day the water was coming out of the shower so they changed our room and we had to pack and unpack again and wasted some time . Not many things around to do. Good for few days business meeeting maybe but won’t recommend for a family.

I hope they review the sofa bed.

We only stayed two nights, we didn't get to use the hotel's infrastructure. The service was very good, the room is spacious and well equipped and the shower is very good. The double bed is very comfortable, however, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and not suitable for the amount paid for the stay. The couple settles in well, but their teenage son doesn't sleep well...

My friend and I stayed here in September of 2024. We had a twin bed room for 4 nights. The beds were rock hard and the pillows disappointing. But otherwise I was very satisfied with the hotel. The showers were great: plenty of hot water and good water pressure. It was a nice location with a nearby metro stop and a small grocery store close by. There was a small miscommunication where staff told us at checkin that breakfast was included but when we checked out they wanted to charge us for the 3 times we ate at the breakfast restaurant. They had to call a manager and it took some time but they ended up letting it go - we had the paper they gave us with our keys about breakfast being included.

Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel

A localização é ótima! Tem lavanderia self service, pra gente foi ótimo porque estávamos há dias viajando e precisávamos lavar roupas. Bom café da manhã, no primeiro dia estava bem cheio e nos outros optamos por ir em outro horário e estava bem tranquilo. O elevador é pequeno, tem dois, mas no último dia, Um deles estava quebrado e demorou bastante a espera por um elevador. Íamos fazer checkout e estávamos com 4 malas. Descemos separados, porque esperamos muito e decidimos ir um por vez. Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel
