É um antigo hotel que está sendo reformado, muito simples, um padrão mediano, dois elevadores pequenos, a cozinha está sendo restruturada , com cardápio muito pobre, não tem opção para jantar de uma forma ok. O padrão é quase self check in, os atendentes são educados, mas estão longe de serem prestativos. A localização é ótima, lugar seguro e com Muitas opções ao redor. Mas o Hotel não será minha opção.

Hotel com quarto muito defasado. Liberaram meu quarto quase as 17:00 e não estava limpo adequadamente. Não tem tomadas nas mesas de cabeceiras da cama. da para escutar o barulho da agua passando e das descargas nas paredes e teto do banheiro.A descarga do vaso não tem força suficiente e o mesmo não dá vazão. Não existe amenidades ( a única coisa foi uma garrada d'agua). Quarto velho, mal iluminado.Café da manhã foi mediano. Enfim, uma experiência bem frustrante.

A experiência não foi satisfatória. Esta manifestação não se refere ao preço em si, mas à falta de transparência na comunicação com o hóspede e à ausência de cuidados mínimos na manutenção dos espaços, especialmente nas categorias superiores. Fui acomodado em quarto de andar ainda não remodelado, embora a reforma aparentemente se arraste há anos. O desgaste é perceptível já na saída do elevador. O botão do elevador estava danificado, com um buraco, e a solução levou dois dias. Embora quarto e banheiro estivessem em condições básicas de uso, não correspondiam ao padrão esperado. Os colchões eram antigos, moles e desconfortáveis. Solicitei troca de quarto, aceitando pagar a diferença. Contudo, a recepção não explicou as “informações erradas”, expressão usada pela equipe, constantes no site Hotéis.com. A troca foi condicionada ao pagamento imediato da diferença. (Informei que não queria cama king formada pela junção de duas camas de solteiro com pillow top. A recepção afirmou desconhecer essa prática, embora o quarto tivesse duas camas unidas.) O upgrade para categoria superior levou a apartamento reformado. Ainda assim, havia LED com defeito, cortinas soltas e papel de parede irregular. Mesmo a categoria melhor não apresentava o cuidado esperado. Solicitei que o gerente me contatasse. Permaneci mais quatro dias no hotel, fiz o check-out e não fui procurado. O ponto central é a falta de transparência, comunicação adequada e manutenção compatível com o padrão anunciado.
