The location is great and the staff are amazing, friendly and very welcoming. I strongly recommend it. Also, the breakfast bar is awesome and the restaurant onsite has amazing food. I will definitely stay there again!

Great breakfast. WiFi is really poor in the rooms so if you are travelling for business I found I had to site downstairs to do work. Gym is very small just one treadmill, a cross trainer and a weight machine. Pool also tiny.

Amazing location on a safe area, close to shops, restaurants, and main tourist attractions, you can walk to so many places. The hotel was nice and had a really good breakfast, which was one of the highlights with Pao de Queijo every morning. The lobby and restaurant area looked nice and recently renewed but the rooms are a bit run down. Staff was super helpful and kind at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean, breakfast amazing, walking distance to Avenida Paulista and MASP. The only thing I would suggest is to have bilingual ppl at front desk. São Paulo is a big city with lots of tourists and having a full bilingual customer service representatives will be a plus!

One lift only for two days caused lots of waiting around for guests Arrived early and room was ready but advised to pay extra to check in. Which I did so. Even though they said the room was ready . I paid for the full 3 days stay on arrival. Then on early check out reception staff said they made a mistake and needed to charge an extra $130. Which did not feel right after first check in reception charged me correctly plus extra $250 for early check in. Which I paid. & said it was now fully paid. All other staff super helpful Door staff very polite and helpful Gym too small but ok. Nice pool area and quiet

Overall, for the price, the property is good and it’s located close to Paulista Avenue. But it’s on a slope so you have to Paulista up and it’s hard to walk up if you’re not fit. More importantly, their rooftop terrace has no Internet connection and nobody to give you towels for the pool. Parts of the hotel are in rough shape And the renovating half of it at the moment.
