The location is excellent. Friendly service. Good breakfast buffet. The towels are like sandpaper, however, and low quality. Bed could me much more comfortable. It’s recommended but remember you always get what you pay for.

Great place

Good size room, great location as easy walking distance to a number of sights plus restaurants . Nice rooftop pool and very well equipped gym. Easy check in. Very clean.

It is well located and close to Paulista avenue. The breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious. However the building is very old and noise is everywhere as it’s not insulated at all. This is not a normal hotel as many people live there as they work in the city. The units are studio style. The building has construction work underway and you can’t take any rest. I walked downstairs and I complained couple of times to the receptionist that I paid a good price for my stay while I had other choices to book and I can’t even rest! She said she will find another room then she called me after 2 minutes saying there is no other room available but she will refund one night out of my 3 booked nights there to show courtesy!!! I haven’t received anything … The staff seems to be are very unhappy from their job and no one is trying to help out!

So the place is a little run down and could use some point and definitely some more and better furniture in the rooms. On the plus sides: location close to Avenida Paulista, restaurants, shopping etc. Try to get an upper floor if the traffic noise bothers you. Great to have a two-room suite for a family of four, plus a tiny kitchen and table with four chairs but needed a better/bigger couch for living area, maybe a couple more chairs. Great breakfast, friendly service, secure Negative: needs an update of paint and trim. Would definitely stay again. Location is fantastic!

O quarto era amplo, limpo, funcionários cordiais, a academia mais bem equipada do que a SmartFit que eu frequento, só o café da manhã, que, apesar da diversidade poderia ser melhor. Mas no geral a hospedagem foi muito boa. Ah! A localização é excelente, mas tem uma ladeira que é um verdadeiro teste para cardíacos... Se você está pensando em se hospedar aqui e ficar a pé ou utilizando transporte público, repense....

O hotel é bem confortável. Toda equipe é muito atenciosa, prestativa e simpática. A estrutura do hotel é otima, com uma excelente academia, sauna e piscina aquecida e coberta. O quarto já precisa de uma reforma, para ganhar um ar mais moderno. Uma coisa que me incomodou foi a falta de tomadas onde está a cama. Tuve que puxar a cama da parede para acessar a tomada. Mas não é um ponto que me faça não recomendar o hotel. O quarto, inclusive, é bem amplo e equipado. Além disso, o estacionamento já estava incluso na diária, o que é uma grande vantagem.
