O que ainda salva o hotel é o atendimento. Os funcionários da recepção e cozinha são gentis e prestativos. Já a privacidade da área de banho no banheiro, em relação aos imóveis próximos é nula e não tem como evitar ser visto ao tomar banho. Além disso, o banheiro não tem área de banho separada, ao tomar banho alaga todo e não tem como evitar.

Realmente razoável.

Esse hotel tem pontos bons e ruins, entendo que é uma questão de gerenciamento, esse hotel tem tudo para ser um ótimo hotel mas não consegue. Portos ruins: Chuveiro com pouca água, TV não funciona direito, café da manhã somente o necessário e não aceitam parcelamento, TV somente a vista. Pontos positivos, bem localizado e no geral limpo e funcionário educados. Foi frustrante, como imaginei, é uma questão de um bom gerenciamento.

Pior estadia em SP

Me hospedei neste hotel pela terceira vez e essa, de longe, foi a pior estada nesta cidade e nesta acomodação. Quartos com cheiro de cigarro, cortinas sem limpeza, banheiro sem manutenção, chuveiro em estado de calamidade e café da manhã tenebroso. O único ponto positivo é a localização, sem isso, este hotel poderia vir abaixo.

Hotel antigo com boa localização, contudo necessita de reformas. Elevador com solavancos. No quarto, o ar condicionado é do modelo janela, extremamente barulhento. Armário somente com prateleira, sem portas e sem cabides. Tem uma cômoda, todavia, com as gavetas empoeiradas. Banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, torneiras que ficam gotejando (precisa fechar as torneiras da pia e do chuveiro com muita força para não ficar vazando água). A janela do banheiro não fornece privacidade. Enxoval de banho e da cama com aspecto desgastado. A coberta não é ensacada, estando empoeirada.

Gostei, dormi muito confortável, o quarto em que fiquei era silencioso, nos corredores tinham carpetes, isso ajuda muito com os ruídos. Funcionários educados. O café da manhã foi simples, mas muito gostoso. Ainda ganhei um upgrade de quarto, gostei demais.
