Overall, the location is excellent and was definitely the biggest strength of this property. It was convenient and made it easy to get around the city. That said, my stay was disappointing in several ways. While the room itself appeared to be cleaned, the property feels very worn. The hallways and rooms have numerous scuff marks and signs of heavy use, which made the hotel feel less clean than it probably was. The towels had stains, and although the sheets were freshly laundered, they also looked old and worn, which didn't create a good impression. Another frustration was that we did not receive the room type we had originally booked, so we were missing amenities such as the microwave that we had expected. The check-in process also needs improvement. The hotel encourages guests to use an app and QR code for check-in, but in practice it was slower and less intuitive than simply checking in with the front desk staff. Communication before arrival was good, but once I arrived it became clear that information from the central office had not been communicated effectively to the local team, which created unnecessary confusion. Overall, I think the concept of this hotel is good, and the location is outstanding. However, the property would benefit from better maintenance, more consistent communication, and a smoother check-in process. Because of these issues, I personally would not choose to stay at this location again.

The hotel is well located and the room is okay for the price you pay. The problem is the receptionists, not well trained and often rude and even arrogant. I stayed there for almost a month and followed all the rules but one of the receptionist “warned” one of my guests, who was just visiting if He stayed after 10Pm He would be “removed” from the room. The receptionist really used this sort of language without even letting me know. My friend arrived in the room very startled with this uncomfortable treatment. I really hope this hotel management learn how to treat their guests better. I was staying by myself and never caused any trouble to get this sort of unnecessary situation. Be aware this is not a hotel, they think they re a flat or something like that with very strict rules. I ll never stay there again if I need a long term place as they don’t treat people nicely!!

Minha hospedagem no Apê Paulista foi, de maneira geral, compatível com o anúncio. As instalações, no restante, atenderam ao que era esperado. No entanto, alguns pontos me decepcionaram. O banheiro não estava em condições adequadas de limpeza, o que causou uma impressão negativa logo na chegada. Além disso, o acesso ao banheiro possui um degrau elevado, representando um risco significativo de queda, especialmente para idosos, crianças ou pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Outro aspecto que merece atenção é o tamanho do box do chuveiro, que é muito pequeno, tornando o banho desconfortável. Também fiquei surpresa com uma mudança em relação à minha hospedagem anterior, realizada há cerca de dois anos. Naquela ocasião, o apartamento disponibilizava todos os utensílios básicos de cozinha, incluindo panelas, sem custo adicional. Desta vez, fui informada de que seria necessário pagar uma taxa para utilizar esses itens, o que considero uma alteração importante e que poderia estar mais claramente destacada antes da reserva. Apesar desses pontos, os demais aspectos da hospedagem estavam de acordo com o que foi anunciado.

Nossa estadia foi de três dias e, considerando o custo-benefício, a experiência foi relativamente positiva. O maior destaque é o atendimento da equipe. Os funcionários foram cordiais, atenciosos e eficientes. Tivemos um problema com o colchão da cama, que era excessivamente mole e estava prejudicando nosso sono. Após comunicarmos a recepção, o colchão foi substituído rapidamente por um novo, demonstrando preocupação em resolver o problema e garantir nosso conforto. O hotel é realmente pequeno, com quartos compactos, mas isso não compromete uma estadia curta. Para quem pretende passar poucos dias na cidade, atende bem às necessidades. Outro ponto forte é a excelente localização. O hotel fica próximo ao Shopping Pátio Paulista, cercado por diversos restaurantes, bares e cafeterias, além de contar com uma estação de metrô a poucos minutos de caminhada, o que torna os deslocamentos pela cidade muito práticos. Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que o ar-condicionado precisa de manutenção preventiva, pois estava exalando um leve cheiro desagradável durante o funcionamento. Além disso, a internet praticamente não funcionou durante toda a estadia, o que pode ser um inconveniente para hóspedes que dependem de uma conexão estável. Por fim, os produtos de higiene poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. O sabonete líquido disponibilizado no banheiro era bastante diluído e passava a impressão de baixa qualidade.

Maravilhoso apartamento, limpeza perfeita, localização excelente ( ao lado da casa das rosas e em frente ao Shooping Pátio São Paulo, tem o que precisa no próprio estabelecimento para lanches e refeição rápida. Bem seguro. Ainda podemos deixar as bagagens por algumas horas, após término da diária. Pessoal da recepção e da limpeza muito gentis. Voltarei a me hospedar em retorno a SP.
