uma boa localização, achei ruim ser 2º andar , barulhento , por ser colado a rua revbolças. Utensilios um pouco precarios, e com funcionamento um pouco ruim. ( Cooktop so funcionava 1 boca. nao havia 1 pano de prato, nao havia uma exaustao. 1 simples ovo mexido para o cafe da manha enfumaçava o ambiente por completo. o espaco onde existia o sfa cama nao tinha blackout, isso foi bem ruim.
