Hotel é ótimo, atendentes bons, café da manhã de qualidade, mas preciso que Hotéis.com avise quando hotel for pet friendly e cobre por isso. Não há nada avisando que ao chegar no hotel será pago um valor extra 129,00( pet pequeno) Isso deveria estar super claro no anúncio do hotel! Gerou um inconveniente, uma vez que não sabíamos desta taxa. Poderíamos ter fechado outro hotel que não cobrava

Toilet minusculo e cafe atrasado

Achei a cama de solteiro muito pequena e colchao muito mole. O tamanho do toilet é muito pequeno. O box do chuveiro nao tem porta e acaba molhando todo o piso externo durante o banho. A porta bate no vaso sanitario. Quarto para uma pessoa e nao duas. Nao havia sabonete liquido para o banho. Nao havia uma touca. Exaustor nao estava funcionando e no cafe da manha o horario especificado era a partir das 6:00 a.m. porem eram 6:25 e os pratos quentes como ovos e paes de queijo foram servidos somente apos este horario. Com isto atrasamos nosso cafe da manha e saida do hotel para pegar estrada cedo.

Hotel Bom

O hotel é novo e bem localizado. Porém, o box do banheiro deixa muito a desejar, molha todo o chão na parte de fora. Além disso, fui cobrado no checkout pela cobrança de toalhas que solicitamos, mesmo sendo apenas uma por pessoa durante uma estadia de duas diárias. Pelo valor, Joinville possui outras opções melhores de hotéis.
