After traveling around Taiwan (from Taipei eastbound), this was my last stop before heading back to Taipei after more than 2.000 kilometers on the road. This place was by far the nicest experience! It looks super fancy on the pictures, and I can tell you: it is super fancy! The owner's hospitality on top of that is unbeatable. After having a flat tyre on my way to Sanyi, he organized a garage to pick me and my broken bike up in the mountains. Once I finished my way by train, he picked me up at the train station and bought some beer, as he knew after this torture I could need some, haha. We talked for hours in this beautiful house, it was delightful. The dorm room has enough space, everything is extremely clean (even by Taiwanese standards!), there is a fridge to use, kitchen etc. - absolutly great! Downstairs in the common area there is a coffee maker and a kettle and a fridge, but none in the room. Everything was very clean.
