Okay #### Verified traveller 18 Nov 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 服務人員的水準跟不上設備 硬體設備很不錯，飯店很新。 但服務的人員，除了 check in 櫃台以外，都跟硬體的等級不符。 早餐的服務人員，似乎薪水都沒有包括「笑臉」。 然後很急著要收桌上的盤子，桌子比較深也沒有要走進來取的意思，二次都要我傳給他才要接。 check out 前。 飯店的打掃人員跟客人對到眼也只是急著帶一位沒穿制服的新人。 然後用蠻大聲的音量在教學。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Nov 2021 ### 8/10 Good #### CHIN-YU 2 Nov 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 入住四人房的評語 優點： 房間很大 浴室也很大 大廳接待很好 整體都很乾淨 住宿周遭也很熱鬧方便 建議改善部分： 1.這次入住四人房 四個人都有帶行李 但房間的行李架只有一個 所有的大部分人行李只能在地上打開 另外只有兩張小椅子 可能再多加2張椅子或者一個貴妃椅會更好 2.早餐的部分 說實話很普通 種類也不算多 若可以選擇 寧願訂不包含早餐的價錢 自己出去外面吃早餐 ##### CHIN-YU Stayed 1 night in Oct 2021 ### 10/10 Excellent #### CHIA-HSIEN 30 Aug 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 空間寬敞 方便的住宿環境 8月底入住一晚，大約2:30辦理入住手續，告知3點拿房卡入住，就在大廳稍等一下。 客房電梯需拿房卡感應，四人房空間挺寬敞的，大約有13坪，是兩大床的房型，我們一家四口（小孩12、9歲）在裡面沒有侷促感，相當舒適。 雖然房間已略為有年代感，但仍有用心維護，衛浴備品很充足，不過馬桶壓水鈕可能有點小故障，沖水時不太好壓。 隔日早餐提供兩種用餐形式，內用或外帶，因為防疫因素都是提供套餐；我們選擇外帶回房，飲料可選柳橙汁或美式咖啡，一個附有水果的餐盒還外加一個起司火腿三明治，分量十足。 退房時有開車的可以拿磁卡免費停車，記得地下室取車時還得過一次自動繳費機消磁才能出場喔！
