Aproveitamos bastante as férias e descansamos da vida cotidiana. Gervanda e Rodrigo muito solícitos e prestativos e educados, como todos os porteirxs e zeladxres, todos nos atenderam muito bem, além de todo povo santista. Como fui de carro podemos aproveitar e conhecer várias praias além da baixada santista. Quanto ao imóvel tem tudo que uma família necessita. Faço destaque como ÓTIMO para o chuveiro, fogão elétrico, ar condicionado INVERTER e máquina de lavar roupa e SECAR, mas o restante (todos) dos eletrodomésticos também foram excelentes ( cafeteira, micro-ondas, liquidificador, som, TV a Cabo, e som com DVD, e até uma secadora de toalhas muito interessante).
