It is bit of a walk for elders to walk into Fira town and can be windy. We did that many times and it was pleasant. The hotel has good layout and each room has an outdoor porch to give your outdoor privacy. They serve healthy breakfast with fresh fruits. My only issue is the hotel Fragrance used in the lobby. It is too intense. Owner should consider changing.

Taking the time to write a review to point out only one thing that troubled me after spending a total of about 8 weeks in Greece during my life. The daytime concierges (not the nighttime one) are not very friendly. I get it, I’m from the US where we engage in meaningless pleasantries, however I’ve only experienced tremendous hospitality all over Greece over the last 20 years. The daytime concierges seemed bothered by such things as requests for the laundry menu to have wash done or getting a taxi. Seeing if they would respond to a greeting became a bit of a game of will they or won’t they. Also, if I’ve already sent my luggage with the porter 30 min before checkout time, don’t call me 15 min before check out time to make tell me you need me out of the room by checkout time as if I’m overstaying. That’s unnecessary and rude. I’ve never encountered such rudeness Even front desks at hostels in Greece from my younger days were friendlier. Rest of hotel staff from nighttime concierge, porter, cleaning person, wait staff, lifeguard, everyone actually were great. No idea where they’re hiring daytime concierges, but I never asked them for any assistance I could have used to avoid their negativity on my vacation. Thank god for AI and the internet for substituting in for front desk. Isn’t a Santorini thing either as this is my second time on the island. Hotel chain that owns Majestic needs to tell front desk the hotel is marketed as five star accommodation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The location was perfect, and the views were simply breathtaking. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel at home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. This is a hotel I would happily return to and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable experience

Staff was very nice, I forgot a earring and realized after i was at airport, i asked them to please look for it and send with taxi, they didn’t found it at first i explained to them where I left and the process to send to me with a taxi which i appreciate so much cause i didn’t want to deal with international shipping and it was a valuable earring. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very nice and had lovely sunset views. The pool area was very good. The breakfast was good and if you asked they would make you omelettes. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location is great 8 mins into Fira. I would stay here again

Excellent hotel. The room had all the amenities required (including good A/C) and the hotel facilities absolutely hit the mark. Breakfast was a good and changing selection day to day. Whilst there was a good number of other people staying at the hotel from what could be seen around the pool and at breakfast, it didn’t feel busy or rushed at any point. The distance into Fira was perfect for being able to easily see sights and visit attractions. Very friendly staff who definitely added to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I would stay here again and have recommended to wider family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, close to the town centre and Thira airport. The night staff — especially Cristine, Amadeus and Phebe — were incredibly welcoming. We enjoyed the sauna, though clearer instructions from the day staff would have helped. Overall, a great experience and definitely a 5‑star stay.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are attentive and friendly. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Fira, where you will find lots of restaurants and bars. It is the perfect location, with great views and perfect sunsets. I would highly recommend this hotel.

あまり日本語の口コミがなくサントリーニ島の大型ホテルに不安もありましたが期待以上に良かったです。第一に水回りが広くて清潔、バスタブも広い、水びたしにならない、洗面台は広く快適、バスルーム全体が広く水着などを乾かす場所もある。 第二に食事が美味しい。メインレストランは質も量もよく、朝食も豊富でとても美味しくロケーションもよい。 第三に施設全体に空間的ゆとりがあり、パブリック空間はとても広々としている。プールは水深2.7mまでの部分があり大人も大興奮。ビーチベッドもタオルも借りられる。お部屋は独立したビラタイプ。一階のお部屋と二階がある。大通りに面しているカルデラ側の方が眺めがよいが車の音が気になるかも。プールに面している方は眺めは反対側の海でお部屋も暗めになるけどその分静か。 懸念されているフィラ中心からのアクセスは思ったほど遠くない。バス停から徒歩10分程度でフラット、歩道もある。中心地で一番大きいスーパーで毎日買い出しできるのも便利。スタッフのみなさまもあたたかい。またサントリーニ島にくることがあれば泊まりたい。

The rooms were so beautiful and well maintained. The staff we're so helpful, when we asked of things to do or where to eat that provided a list of them to us. He had a volcano view balcony, which was absolutely stunning on the sunset, magical in every sense, words don't even give it justice you have to see it for yourself. Very welcoming and hospitable semi check-in process. We were provided with a welcome drink and front desk lady (Christina) provided us with a map of Santorini with key places to see and visit, as well as where to not waste our time seeing. Provided restaurant recommendations and stored our bags until it was time to check-in. When we did check-in, a different front desk lady (Maria) provided us with info on pool restaurant and upper restaurant lounge but did NOT tell us about the included breakfast and where that was located. We missed breakfast the next morning and it wasn't until I checked our reservations that I recalled the hotel had free breakfast and we had to ask Christina our 2nd morning about it and we were supposed to get a free bottle of sparkling wine with each of our rooms which was never given. Besides those 2 mishaps, the hotel is in a good location and the pool area is nice. Don't miss out on the included breakfast as it's a decent spread.
