Didn’t get what I expected.
Online it showed that I had I big room with a balcony but when I checked in I got a little room with no balcony. And by me checking in they would allow me to get my money back so I had to keep the room but I went down the block and got the big room that I was looking for. But the staff was awesome.

All you need, where you need!
Location and services were great! This was not the most spacious hotel room I've ever stayed in, but given the premium location, it was just perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodated a couple of requests. Overall, I think this is an excellent place to stay when visiting Zona Colonial! Every landmark is located at walking distance from the hotel

An excellent value I would greatly recommend. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained basic fair. The breakfast was excellent especially considering the room rate. The staff is very helpful and professional. An excellent choice for those who like clean, basic, accommodations with a touch of class. One thing to be mindful of though are lots of tile stairs without banisters, and as it is an old building, some micro irregularities in floor levels, but they are all clearly marked, but older guests should take note of this. Enjoy!!!

It’s a really nice boutique hotel and staff very customer friendly - the breakfast was also good and fresh each morning - hot water, clean sheets, WiFi and AC all I needed

The property location it’s great! The staff are good they can be a little better, Toby it’s actually amazing! The hotel needs a little more things for guess. There is no microwave to be use for food or anything. The only kitchen like use it’s for breakfast. The mattress are very hard and in the bathroom they should add a small shower rug for safety. You get 2 towels per day. If you need more towels you must return the ones you have. We had to call for an extra blanket and pillow. Overall the hotel is not bad it just those little things that should be improved.

Convenient location. Rooms were very small. No safe in room. Staff wanted to move me to another room with a safe, then charge me a deposit for the safe! Shower curtain constantly blew into me when showering.

Hi James, access to our safes is totally free, the deposit is returned immediately, you give us the key to the safe. You should have closed the bathroom window so the curtain wouldn't blew.

I liked the location, a quiet place, the very respectful and friendly employees, especially Delvy Rodríguez, and the fresh breakfasts. What I don’t like was the internet service.

A+ customer service and cleanest at El Condé
Its clean, comfy and value. The room its a little tight but for sleep was good, the mattress and the pillows are really good for me. I stay in the triple room (1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. My only issue was the tv but you can stream your choice probably i dont understand how can see local channels. The customer service a A+. The breakfast was included in my package and was a small buffet but satisfact all tastes with the best mangu i taste in my live plus fresh juices.

The hotel is very noisy as people move through the facility. Also, the wi-fi seems to work well in the common areas, but not in the rooms. I was in Unit 203, the signal faded once you entered the room, and completely stopped working once you closed the door. I spoke to the staff about it upon check-in, who attempted to apologize, but were just trying to make me go away. I even asked about changing rooms, which got no response. Not a completely satisfying stay.

Die Lage ist gut mitten im Kolonialbezirk von Santo Domingo. Das war es aber auch mit positiven Faktoren. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Stühle auf dem Balkon hatten ihre beste Zeit bereits erlebt. Kühlschrank machte Radau ohne Ende. Die Putzfrauen machten das Zimmer erst nach 3 Tagen und mehrmaliger Aufforderung sauber. Obendrein besaßen sie dann auch noch die Frechheit zu fragen, warum so viel Müll im Zimmer liegt.

O pessoal do staff foi atencioso e gentil, no entanto, a acomodação é muito precária. Quarto sujo, paredes sujas, tinha algo parecido como um chiclete pregado no portal do banheiro. Vazamento pela parede quando choveu. Banheiro pequeno e sujo, privada entupida e vazando, sem box, sem tapete, sem troca de toalha. Café da manhã razoável. Não recomendo.

Obrigado por ter reservado conosco, lamentamos não termos atendido às suas necessidades, você reservou o quarto mais barato e solicitou um quarto mais espaçoso gratuitamente, mas não o tínhamos disponível, o que você supõe ser chiclete, chama-se Silicone e é para vedar juntas de banheiro, que é comum usar nessas áreas, como já esclarecido, em relação ao banheiro entupido, você foi informado de que não deve jogar papéis dentro como diz claramente o rótulo na frente de cada banheiro, é é bom ter em mente que você não deve colocar tapetes dentro dos banheiros, pois acumula bactérias e com isso o argumento de que não tomamos banho não é saudável, não costumamos responder a comentários maliciosos, mas sim buscar um solução durante a sua estadia. Estamos ao dispôr!

Quando chegamos no fim da tarde não havia toalhas. Na recepção nos pediram 20 minutos porém não levaram as toalhas. Saímos para passear sem banho após muitas horas de viagem. Quando retornamos percebemos que nem o ar condicionado nem a televisão funcionavam. O calor era insuportável. Pediram então 20 minutos para solucionar o problema e não resolveram. Após muito stress na recepção conseguimos transferência para um hotel da rede porém avisaram que o táxi seria por nossa conta e tivemos que pagar pelo transporte próximo a meia noite. No novo hotel apesar de ter um espaço maior a limpeza era péssima. Minha esposa encontrou uma unha postiça no chão do quarto. A televisão também não funcionava. Uma das piores experiências com hotéis que já tivemos que se tornou ainda pior pois viajamos com nossa filha que tem menos de 2 anos de idade. Uma decepção.

Você imediatamente relatou o que estava acontecendo conosco, fizemos de tudo para resolver isso o mais rápido possível e, mesmo que você diga o contrário, arcamos com os custos da transferência para o outro hotel. Você sabe bem que pagamos diretamente ao taxista. Lamentamos sua percepção.
