Our space features 3 comfy bedrooms, each with A/C, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. You'll also find an extra full bathroom and a half bath for guests. The spacious kitchen comes with everything you need—stove, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, fridge with ice and filtered water, plus basic cookware. There's a washer, dryer, utility sink, and even a rooftop drying rack if you prefer to air dry. Our property is suited for six guests. The dining area seats six, and the living room offers a big-screen TV and a cozy balcony—perfect for a quiet read or your morning coffee. Motion-sensor lights on the stairs help guide you safely to the rooftop.

**ROOFTOP TERRACE**
This is where the fun begins! The terrace is split into two inviting areas:

• A “green zone” with artificial grass, string lights, seating for seven, fun wall décor, and even a half bath.

• A covered entertainment zone with bar seating, Bluetooth speakers, ceiling fan, and amazing views. Unwind in the 10-person plunge pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or kick back on the double lounge chaise. There’s also an outdoor dining table for six and a full outdoor kitchen with a sink, gas stove burner, and built-in BBQ grill.

For your peace at mind, exterior security cameras are in place overlooking all entry points.
