Spacious apartment, located at the front of the building on the third floor, overlooking to Pina Street and the Malecón. Completely furnished with living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom with its bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa-bed. Ideal for up to 3 people. Perfect for those who want to be near the Colonial Zone.

The apartment is located walking distance from the Colonial Zone and the Malecon. It is in a very touristy area where there are many restaurants, bars, and historic attractions near.

Amazing Experience

My spouse and I visited this location a few years ago. The experience was so good, we returned this recent trip. The management and staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. We requested a microwave and shortly thereafter, a team member came up with a microwave. Overall, we enjoyed this trip, location and plan to use them again.
