Basic questions like if there was a gate code was ignored. The microwave didn't work and was promised another one the next day and then nothing happened. No communicating which floor the apartment was on until I asked. The place was clean except some of the pots and enjoyed cooking there even though some of the burners weren't working ##### James L.
