The location of this property is great. Easy walk to Blue Mall, restaurants, grocery store and easy access to nearby points of interest. The sunshade for the balcony glass door is broken and falls out of the brackets if you try to operate it. The bracket for the shower wand is also broken. The bathroom could use a bit more attention. The white furniture is starting to look "worn". Should probably go with different color than white for a rental.
