Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, A/C, hot water, and two huge closets. En-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities. Walkout private terrace with a panoramic view of the city and ocean plus a laundry area.
Covered parking space, 24-hr guard, and electric gate. Electric plant on premises.
Gazcue is one of the capital’s oldest and safest neighborhoods. Apartment is one block from Avenida Maximo Gomez where you will find the train station, supermarket, banks, shopping centers, restaurants, museums, bars, and parks. We are only 10 minutes away by car from Zona Colonial. Five minutes from Palacio de Bellas Artes, Malecón and casinos and 10 minutes from Teatro Nacional.
