Guests must agree to all Airbnb terms of service and provide a valid working phone number. 5\. Passport pictures are required prior to arrival. 6\. Lost keys, remote, or keycard will incur a $50.00 charge. 7\. Occupancy limit: 4 people. Exceeding this limit will result in eviction. 8\. Maximum of 2 visitors allowed at any time. All overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation. There is a $10 fee per guest per night after the second guest. Visitors staying longer than 4 hours are considered overnight guests and are subject to the same fees. 9\. An undeclared guest fee of $20 per guest per night will be applied. 10\. Local residents must contact the host prior to booking. 11\. No illegal drugs or hookah use allowed on the property. Violators will be expelled. 12\.
