Excellent location!!! The staff are very friendly. We have stayed twice and both times, the telephone didn’t work and the TV didn’t work for regular channels. Only Netflix and YouTube. Other than that, we had a great stay both times.

My hotel at the hotel started off not so well but Ambar made sure the rest of my stay excellent. She has great customer service and steaks both English and Spanish so her communicating skills is superior. She made me want to revisit and stay at the hotel again. Will be back soon!

We loved our stay! Our room was spacious, modern, comfy. The balcony overlooks the city lights. The restaurant in the 18th floor served scrumptious entrees. The chef even greeted us with a smile! The rooftop is amazing. Will definitely be back!
