This is a wonderful hotel.The location was great and the staff helpful professional and excellent. The Dining area is lovely, offering a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at set times with balcony views.Easy access to transport to get around. .A excellent stay.

This was one of the best boutique hotels that I have stayed in. The entire staff is extremely kind and generous, the hotel is beautiful, and the breakfasts are amazing. We had to leave early on our last day and when I asked about taking a small breakfast with us, they offered to pack a full breakfast for us and they did exactly that. My son and I appreciated that so much as we had a long day of travel ahead of us.
The location is perfect for getting around the city and for accessing all the amazing transportation options that Bilbao offers. If you’re looking for a large hotel with a gym and other large communal spaces, this is not that, but if you’re looking for an intimate, private – feeling hotel, where they get to know you individually, you should definitely stay here. I can’t recommend it enough.

The staff were wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit after we checked out. Service at both check-in and dinner was excellent.
This is a small boutique hotel surrounded by quiet forests and farmland, making it a peaceful place to relax. The architecture and decor are beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the hotel a unique character.
We were happy to support such kind people who clearly take pride in what they do. They have created a special place and are doing a fantastic job.
