The front desk staff is very helpful and polite. They are calm and listen to guests.

I booked the airport shuttle for pickup and it was very late and it would have been nice to notified they were running behind instead of us standing around wondering if we were in the correct place.

Conveniently near the airport. Comfortable room and beds. Nice pool and sauna. Perfect for an overnight for my connecting flight.

This is the nicest Hilton Garden Inn that we have stayed at. Also, the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. And, I have never seen a busier hotel restaurant. The food is good and the wait staff is helpful and cheerful. It is near the airport and they provide a very nice/convenient transfer to the airport. On the other hand, if you are here to see the city of Santiago, you will pay a little to get into and out of town. We used Uber and paid about $20 US for each ride. No regrets - the whole stay was very nice, safe and comfortable.

The property was very convenient and quiet and the amenities were great! The dinner we had was just average and I had to send it back because the fish was undercooked. Everything else was great.

Very hard to get shuttle service , couldn’t find where to find the shuttle, they wanted 24 hour notice of pick up , not Readily available, rooms very empty when we got to hotel they wanted 60 USA to check I. Early even thou we are all Checking out at 8 am , pool very cold, hot tub cool not hot at all, staff at first desk were nice but should let you check in early , just shuttle very disappointing

The hotel is close to the airport which was important to us. However, it is not located near anything. So we had to eat at the hotel. The food was good, but for breakfast we had to eat at the buffet which was expensive, when I only wanted yogurt and coffee.

Need to improve communication
They didn’t pick me up at the airport, and didn’t have my reservation to go back to the airport next morning, I had to really push to be able to be accepted. So the communication about transportation needs to be improved but everything else was ok , clean , comfortable, safe and close to the airport

Property itself was nice. Location poor. No towels at pool, hot tub cold water. Restaurant menu is on phone QR code. Waitress only spoke Spanish. I know it is thier country but as an American guest I had trouble communicating.

Nice hotel but dining service was very slow. Also pool couldn't be used and hot tub was very difficult to get into and out of.

Had to wait over 25 minutes for a drink in restaurant then staff denied and another staff told me it’s busy so I need to wait and acceptance and I was being rude , terrible experience at Hilton Santiago I also asked manager to follow up with email and never heard back

When you are travelling it is very hard to contact the hotel to book the shuttle. I understand they don[t want to go to the airport when no one is there but they must. Or ask for the airline and flight number so they know to meet it.

The main issue we had with the hotel was getting the shuttle. If you didn't book it in advance you would not get one. They will only let you book it 24hrs in advance which can be a problem when you're travelling.
