This property is in a great location. There is easy access to public transportation. There are a lot of different restaurant options within walking distance. There is a nice mall within walking distance. The apartment is great because it has everything that you need if you don't want to eat out at a restaurant. The clothes washer/dryer is a nice convenience. I really enjoyed the property foe the month that I stayed. If I come back to Santiago, I will definitely try to book this property again.

The room was nice but no AC. The staff was nice. The location is good. The comfort was ok. Nice gym, nice pool. Great working area a grill areas. Really nice roof top area overall.

Excelente custo benefício. Muito bem localizado, dá pra fazer muitas coisas caminhando. Não consegui uma comunicação direta com o anfitrião através do chat. Até tem um número de telefone, mas a maioria dos estrangeiros não tem pacote de ligações, seria interessante um número de WhatsApp seria muito interessante para podermos conversar diretamente e tirar dúvidas.

A localização é excelente, o apartamento é muito bom e a limpeza estava impecável, o espaço também é excelente para um grupo de 4 pessoas. Essa propriedade não é um hotel, tenha em mente que não terá comodidades e serviços de recepção, limpeza e reposição de itens do banheiro, guarda de bagagem após o checkout entre outras comodidades de um hotel. O ponto principal para eu avaliar apenas com 3 estrelas foi devido ao fato de que a água quente se esgota rapidamente e demora muito tempo para voltar a ser suficiente para um novo banho. Tomar um banho gelado no inverno é tudo oque você não pretende. O proprietário foi muito rápido e atencioso explicando o motivo e a capacidade do boiler, porém isso não resolveu nosso problema de 4 pessoas tomarem banho após um dia todo de passeio.

Bien ubicado, pero fuera de eso no hay limpieza programada y no te dan mas papel de baño, tu tienes que comprar hasta el detergente y la lavadora no secaba y el rack para secar estaba roto.

A localização é excelente, perto de vários comércios e do metrô. O administrador é muito atencioso, esteve disponível a todo momento. O único ponto negativo foi o sistema de aquecimento de água, cujo reservatório é pequeno para um grupo de 4 pessoas, como o nosso. No entanto, nos adaptamos à situação e deu tudo certo. Recomendo muito a acomodação.
