Uma total decepção, não tinha nada a ver com a fotos da internet, cheiro ruim no apartamento, banheiro sem tampa na banheira, chuveiro com água fria, o ar não esquentava, móveis velhos, roupa de cama e banho velhos, fiquei apenas uma noite pois chegamos às 03 da manhã, no dia seguinte já fiz reserva em outro local!

The Good and the Bad

Check in as with previous reviews is not used friendly. You need to go over the road and up the 8th floor to check in Jean pablo spoke excellent English and was friendly. Bed was comfortable, balcony great, but bathroom dirty. No shower curtain, and despite a screen water goes everywhere. Swimming pool closed yet we heard people behind the locked door. Very handy to manuel montt metro just downstairs. Lots of restaurants in vicinity. Recommend Liguria restaurant for authentic chilean food. Domino (not the pizza place) for cheap and delicios breakfast.. huevos camp plus juice and coffee for 3800 pesos.

I’m very disappointed of this place. First issue I had was that no where didn’t mentioned at least on orbitz website that you have to go to other building to check in, it’s near by but when you have a lots of bags it’s an inconvenience. Second, when got inside the apartment it did not look at all from the one not the internet, or room like extremely cheap compared with the ones on the website. Third stain on the wall all over, blanket and furniture. Internet doesn’t work much outside the room area. Last not sure why, but even with all doors closed noise from outside it’s unbelievable loud. In general I did not like this apartment, only we did liked was that it’s literally below the Manuel Montt line number 1 metro and near of bunch of restaurants and cafe.

Good find

The apartment was great for my two night stay. You have to check in at a separate building and my taxi driver was great and called them as we couldn’t find it. Juan on reception was great at helping to book my return taxi and tours. My toilet flush didn’t work and whilst the toilet was cleared the next day the flush still wasn’t responsive so may have been annoying if I had stayed longer. There is some road noise but I see that as standard with most city stays.

It was a very nice apartment located right off the subway. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was also a fully stocked kitchen. However, due to incorrect information on the Hotels.com webpage checking into the apartment was frustrating. Also, if you do not check in during the stated check-in times than you can not show your passport and documents and cannot get the 19% Chilean tax exemption.

Trata-se de um apart-hotel de tamanho razoável, bem localizado e com cozinha minimamente mobiliada. Situa-se em frente a uma estação de metrô, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos. O único senão é a limpeza, que não é diária. Mas o custo/benefício é bastante compensador.

Apart-hotel em frente ao metrô.

O Apart-hotel fica em frente a uma estação de metrô, o que ajuda bastante no deslocamento pela cidade. Seu tamanho é razoavelmente bom e é equipado com os utensílios mínimos de cozinha. Fica aqui apenas uma ressalva para a limpeza e troca de toalhas, que não é diária, mas que não deprecia a estadia.

Local muito bem localizado. Metrô à porta com elevador (para família com bebê é imprescindível), supermercado próximo, porém por ser um bairro boêmio, à noite faz bastante barulho, tanto de carros como de pessoas.

Perfect apartment

We had a very comfortable stay at this lovely apartment. It was perfect for a family of 4 and had all of the amenities we needed. The pool has an amazing view of the city and the neighborhood surrounding the apartment is exactly where you want to be. There is a grocery store around the corner and restaurants just outside the front door. This is a great property!

Great Place to stay

The check-in was a bit tricky as the office is in another building than the apartment itself, yet it is very near by. We asked if it was possible to have an apartment as high as possible and we were lucky. The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was clean and comfy. A supermarket is around the corner. The pool on the rooftop was super refreshing, the pool times are from 10am to 8pm as we later discovered (closed on Mondays).
