Close to the underground train. Very clean and lovely apartment. We were concerned about having to sleep on the sofa bed, but they made it very comfy. Full kitchen, all well furnished.

We have stayed here a few times and it’s always good. Excellent customer service and when our internet didn’t work properly which was not their fault they got a technician out and tried their best to rectify it. In the end they moved us to the other tower so my husband could still work remotely with no issues. Definitely will be back and recommending them. It’s great value for money.

This is an ok property but bedding was subpar in comparison to Zip hotel option we stayed at. The building looked dated and so did the apartment furnishings and pool area. Elevators not all working so slow to go in/out. Apartment windows old so very noisy. This property needs to adjust price down a lot to be competitive. Today we moved to Icon hotel as for $10 more we get great facilities in same neighborhood.

Awesome location, next to the subway and bus stops that can take you literally anywhere in Santiago. Is next to Apumanque shopping center and Santa Isabel which ia very convenient for gricery shopping. The place is very clean and confortable. Will come back for sure!

Really wonderful host and experience! Located in a great neighborhood, close to some malls and the metro. Got check in instructions, and the host was accommodating via WhatsApp as my number did not work internationally. Everything was smooth, and I would stay for longer in the future as it is a full apartment

Overall disappointing, super noisy environment (windows don't have double glazing), bathroom was clogged and therefore was smelly when used, a there was no sort of utensils for the oven (like gloves). uite pricey compared to other options we also tried in the same area.

I loved the location, however it was very noisy! I did not appreciate that we were charged 14 dollars for mild stains in pillow cases and towels. So you have to leave towels CLEAN? What’s the washing machine for?so cleaning ladies are snitches.
