It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with open plan kitchen and a terrace. The terrace is the place you want to to meet sunset after a long day of sightseeing and exploring the island. It is really great to just sit there, enjoy the view and relax. Cozy one bedroom apartment with incredible views of the ocean and close to the beach. The apartment is modern, light & decorated with love. Sofa in the living area. There is one bedroom with double bed. Best for couples. Space The apartment is on ocean shore. It's a real home with everything you should need for a self catering holiday. The apartment is in comfortable area where everything needed is reached in less then 10 minutes: Playa Las Arenas, pharmacy, Caixa bank, shops, bars, Minimarket, restaurants, all on the same street. Change over days can be flexible depending on other bookings. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und locker im Umgang mit dem CheckIn/CheckOut. Saubere und schön Wohnung, neu und modern eingerichtet. Ausreichende Ausstattung, direkt mit Meerblick von der Terrasse, eine Treppe vom Sonnenbereich/Pool entfernt, ebenfalls direkt am Meer. Es sind ca. 5 Minuten bis zum Ortszentrum (Supermarkt).
