Ideal for enjoying its volcanic sand and crystal clear waters, it offers the perfect environment for relaxing, swimming and sunbathing in a peaceful atmosphere. This captivating, comfortable and functional property is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a quiet stay near the sea. Located in Santiago del Teide, just a few minutes from the beautiful Playa de la Arena beach, it has a cosy terrace equipped with a table and four chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying a sunset dinner. The property has a practical layout, starting with a fully equipped independent kitchen. The living room, spacious and bright, has a sofa bed and 42" Smart TV, and from here there is access to the terrace.
