Highly recommend your stay at her place it is very close to the airport about 15 minutes away and close to the supermarket La Sirena 10 mins away there is a security gate with a a guard on the property and a additional security gate to the apartment. We was greeted by Bryan who was very informative, we didn't have to contact him throughout the stay because this apartment was very clean, comfortable and had a full kitchen. There was a washer, dryer, gym and pool on the property. The pictures are exactly how the apartment look I only needed one room but if I had another couple there would of been plenty of space each room had a fan and the Master a AC with a private bathroom the living room had a outside balcony attached. Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2018 ### 4/10 Poor #### Ed 30 Nov 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service Upon arrival I called the contact in Santiago 7 times , waited almost 1 hour 30'minutes outside (85F) at the unit before he showed up and then when he did he acted as if nothing was wrong. My girl friend speaks Spanish which was the only way we could communicate. If you do not speak Spanish it will be an issue. NOT quiet. The unit is located pool side ground floor. I love bachata music but not in the morning when I am having coffee. The unit is open air so even if you go inside you hear the music from the locals. One room is air conditioned not the entire unit, only one of the bedrooms. Descripcion es exacta como lo indica en la plataforma. Decoraciones muy moderna, cocina completamente equipada, camas muy comodas. Apartamento con vista a la piscina. Un plus para el gymnacio para aquellos que hacen ejercicios y me gusto mucho la segurida 24/7\. Nuestra anfitrion Dulce es exelente y atenta a cualquier pregunta o nececidad Si vienes por largos dias solo traiga compras para cocinar y se sentira como si estan en casa. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
